ZOHO CRM Plus  delivers a single, seamless, and affordable customer experience ecosystem. It is designed to outperform other systems because, unlike its competitors, Zoho is truly unified at the data and workflow level.

Unlike fragmented competitor platforms, it is built on a single data model across applications, making cross-app automation entirely frictionless while lowering operational costs and driving higher ROI. This efficiency is amplified by a pricing model that scales without punishing your success. With extensive features and cost-effective pricing, sales, support, and marketing teams can experiment, segment, and automate freely without worrying about sudden cost spikes.

Zoho gives you the tools to match HubSpot’s or Salesforce’s polish, so you can shape the platform around your unique process instead of redesigning your workflows around a tool, giving you Salesforce-level flexibility without the heavy administrative burden. This operational freedom is backed by verifiable data privacy, as Zoho’s business model does not monetize customer data, operates without an ad business, and maintains a strong global compliance posture with multi-region data centers for optimal speed and reliability. Ultimately, if HubSpot optimizes for speed and usability, and Salesforce optimizes for enterprise extensibility, Zoho CRM Plus optimizes for ownership, deep integration, and cost-efficient scale, making it the ideal solution for teams demanding full-stack capability, deep customization, and predictable costs.

The short version

Most small and mid-market companies don’t need an enterprise-priced CRM. They need a clean sales pipeline, a help desk, email and social outreach, live chat, surveys, and reporting working from one customer record, without a separate bill for each. Zoho CRM Plus delivers that. It bundles the CRM with the customer-facing apps most vendors sell separately into one per-user price, and it connects natively to the rest of the Zoho ecosystem and to third-party tools.

What you get

  • Zoho CRM for leads, contacts, deals, pipelines, forecasting, and sales automation
  • Zoho Desk for help desk ticketing and customer support
  • Zoho Campaigns for email newsletters and drip campaigns
  • Zoho Social for scheduling and managing social accounts in one place
  • Zoho SalesIQ for live chat and website visitor tracking
  • Zoho Survey for data collection and customer feedback
  • Zoho Projects for tasks and client project delivery
  • Zoho Analytics for dashboards and reporting across every app

The apps share one customer record, so sales, support, and marketing all see the same history in one place.

The pricing

Zoho CRM Plus is listed at $57 per user per month on annual billing, or $69 month-to-month. Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise is $175 per user per month, with Starter Suite at $25 and Pro Suite at $100. HubSpot Sales Hub Professional is about $90 per seat per month on annual billing ($100 monthly) plus a mandatory $1,500 one-time onboarding fee. HubSpot’s help desk (Service Hub) and email marketing (Marketing Hub) are separate products with their own seats and fees.

Year-one cost for a 5-person sales team

Zoho CRM Plus HubSpot Sales Hub Pro Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise
Monthly $285 (5 × $57) $450 (5 × $90) $875 (5 × $175)
Annual $3,420 $5,400 $10,500
Onboarding / implementation None listed $1,500 (mandatory) Not a list-price fee; partner setup is typically extra
Year-one total ≈ $3,420 ≈ $6,900 $10,500+

HubSpot and Salesforce figures cover the sales CRM only. Help desk, email marketing, and similar tools are separate paid products at both vendors, while they are already included in CRM Plus.

That is roughly 50% of the cost of HubSpot and 33% of the cost of Salesforce for the same size sales team, before you add a help desk or email marketing to either. View Zoho CRM Plus, HubSpot’s, and Salesforce’s pricing pages for the most current data.

AI in the CRM compared

All three platforms now build AI into the CRM, but they package and price it very differently. Zoho’s Zia is included. HubSpot’s Breeze is polished, though some features draw on usage credits. Salesforce’s Agentforce is the most powerful, and the most expensive to add.

Cross-platform and cross-app integration

Inside Zoho, apps share data natively with no connector fees. A lead captured by Campaigns or SalesIQ lands in the CRM, a support ticket in Desk shows on the same contact record, Survey responses attach to the customer, and Analytics reports across all of it. Add Books, Projects, or Inventory later, and they plug in the same way.

Beyond Zoho, you aren’t locked in. It integrates with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zapier, and common e-commerce and CMS platforms such as WordPress. Salesforce has the largest app marketplace and HubSpot has a big one too, but matching Zoho’s built-in coverage on either means stacking separate subscriptions with connectors in between, and each connector is another bill and another thing to break.

Setup, migration, and total cost of ownership

The per-user price is only part of the bill. HubSpot adds a mandatory $1,500 onboarding fee at Professional and $3,500 at Enterprise. Salesforce implementations usually run through paid partners, and complex builds can cost many times the first year’s licenses. Zoho CRM Plus lists no onboarding fee, and its import tools and templates let a small team get moving on its own. Salesforce and HubSpot also gate their best support behind paid tiers (see below), so factor that into any comparison.

Where Zoho CRM Plus wins

  1. Cost per capability. CRM, help desk, email, social, live chat, surveys, projects, and analytics for less than Salesforce Enterprise or HubSpot Professional alone.
  2. No onboarding gate. Start on a 30-day free trial instead of paying a mandatory implementation fee.
  3. Per-user pricing. Costs scale with your team, not with a jump to the next tier or a stack of add-ons.
  4. One customer record. Sales, support, and marketing work from the same contact history under one login and one vendor.
  5. AI included. Zia ships in the price, instead of being a separate add-on or a usage-credit meter.
  6. Fit for agencies. Multiple brands, permissions, and client-style workflows are built in.

Where Salesforce and HubSpot still have an edge

Salesforce is the deepest platform available, with the largest partner and app ecosystem, and it is built for enterprise-level, complex, multi-team sales organizations with heavy customization. HubSpot has the more polished interface, the larger template and training library, and a generous free CRM, and it is easy for a team to adopt, but with an expensive entry cost. Zoho can feel busier and has a steeper learning curve. If you only need a sales pipeline, Zoho CRM on its own starts at $14 per user per month and may be a better fit than CRM Plus. If you want finance, HR, and operations apps as well, Zoho One may make more sense than CRM Plus alone.

Which CRM is best for which business?

  • Small and mid-market businesses, agencies, and service firms that want sales, support, and marketing in one affordable suite: Zoho CRM Plus.
  • Inbound-driven teams that value ease of use and have a large budget for onboarding and add-on hubs: HubSpot.
  • Large or complex sales organizations that need deep customization, cost is no object, a vast partner ecosystem, and a dedicated admin team: Salesforce.
  • Small teams that only need a simple deal pipeline: Zoho CRM on its own.
  • Companies standardized on Microsoft 365: Dynamics 365 Sales.

Bottom line

For small and mid-market companies, or cost-conscious businesses that want a full customer-facing suite without enterprise pricing, Zoho CRM Plus offers the best value of the platforms compared here. Salesforce and HubSpot are strong products, but you pay a large premium for them, with onboarding fees, add-on products, and AI charges stacked on top of the per-user price. Zoho CRM Plus starts at a fraction of that. The right choice depends on your team size, how complex your sales process is, and of course how deep your pockets are. Support options compared

Zoho gives you phone, chat, and email support by default. HubSpot gates phone support behind its Professional and Enterprise tiers, and Salesforce includes only self-service resources in its standard plan, with direct support sold as a paid Success Plan.

Included with every paid plan Email, phone, chat, and a remote-assistance session (Classic support) Starter: email + chat. Professional and Enterprise: + phone Standard Success Plan: knowledge articles, documentation, Trailhead, and community

Support terms reflect published vendor and third-party listings as of October 2026 and may change. Confirm on each vendor’s site.

Zoho

Classic support comes with your subscription by default. You can reach the team by email, phone, or chat, or request a remote assistance session. That is a strong baseline for a $57-per-user suite. Paid Premium and Enterprise tiers are priced as a percentage of your subscription. Enterprise support is aimed at larger accounts, since it requires 50 or more Zoho One users or 25 or more users of CRM, CRM Plus, or Desk.

HubSpot

HubSpot’s help page says Starter accounts get the community plus email and chat, and Professional and Enterprise accounts add phone. Third-party reviewers report that since March 2024, users need an assigned Core, Sales, or Service seat to contact support, so view-only users can’t. Professional and Enterprise also carry mandatory onboarding fees, which buy implementation help rather than ongoing support.

Salesforce

Every license includes the Standard Success Plan, which is self-service. Direct, expedited support comes from the Premier Success Plan at 30% of net license fees, which is bundled with the Unlimited edition. That is a large add-on to the per-user price, so budget for it if you expect to need live help.

The takeaway: a small team on Zoho gets phone, chat, and email from day one, with no plan upgrade and no onboarding fee. A comparable HubSpot team needs a Professional account to get phone support, and Salesforce teams pay a percentage of their license fees for direct access. Zoho’s top tier (24×7 support with a dedicated account manager) is built for larger accounts. In BLAIRCOMM’s fully managed option, you receive dedicated support, development services, and onboarding as part of the plan, which is hard to match at this price.
